People say that Breakfast is the most important meal of the day because they think that it gives you the energy you need for the day and after a fast it gives them that energy that they need for the day after they finish their fast. As the name suggests, that is why it is called Break-Fast.
I believe that Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Not all people think this, but this is my opinion. I believe this because it gives you that very much needed energy boost to get through the day.
I’m not just going to repeat what I already said. Instead of telling you why breakfast is the most important meal of the day, I’m going to tell you why lunch and dinner are not the most important meal of the day. And why breakfast is just better than lunch and dinner.
To be completely honest, I feel like lunch is just there, just a time to eat. Dinner is like breakfast but instead of for the entire day it’s just for the time while you’re sleeping. Breakfast gives you the energy boost you need for the day and without it you would get tired faster. Breakfast also helps you focus at work or school, because it gives you that burst of energy / glucose to get through the day so if you do not eat breakfast, you do not get that needed energy boost.
It is not all about breakfast though. Without lunch and or dinner, you will feel sluggish and your performance at school or work will decrease. So, to recap, breakfast in my opinion is the most important meal of the day, but you cannot forget about lunch and dinner.
